Agent Onboarding Requirement
Prospective agents are required to meet the following criteria:
Clean Background Check (records go as far back as 7 years).
Legally able to work in the United States, and be located in an Unrestricted State. The following states are not currently being serviced; PA, WA, OR, CA, CO, MN, WI, IL, NY, NJ, VT, MA, CT, and MD.
Passing Score on Assessments.
Able to put in 5 hours of work per week at the minimum.

Experience Level and Upfront Payment
No Experience Necessary: Prior experience is not a requirement to get started.
Comprehensive Training: Agents receive training to prepare them for their roles.
Minimal Upfront Cost: The only upfront cost is a $30 background check fee.
Reimbursement: After completing the second pay cycle with your chosen client, this fee will be reimbursed to you.
Tax
Independent Contracting Model: Techline Solutions International operates under a 1099 independent contracting model for all its Call Center Business Operations.
Entrepreneurial Opportunity: We offer the work platform, and you bring your entrepreneurial spirit to the table.
Tax Responsibility: As Call Center Agents, it’s essential to understand that you will be responsible for managing your tax obligations.
No Withholding: Techline Solutions International will not withhold any taxes from your payroll.
